Black surface means ir sensors perceive logic 0 ?

it depends how you have design circuit. but basic thing is black means, it does not reflect IR rays.

App Motor k connection reverse ker k dekh sakte hai ya sensor k connect reverser ker sakte. try different combination and see what happens
