That is not a Bipolar coagulator. What we use are the leads of a Nerve Stimulator Equipment.

The target for exploration is to confirm the clinical and investigative findings and to see physically if intact nerve roots are available for transfer, because they are a rich source of motor neurons. Based on the exploration of the brachial plexus, the procedure can be planned.
