I can’t believe how stingy developers are getting with land. You literally have 5 ft on the sides and maybe 15 for the backyard unless you pay extra. My goodness it’s the desert for gods sake! 😮

I'm confused because you've toured this floorplan before. Your video was the reason i actually went and saw it in person. The 2 bedrooms are fine, I wish this one had a loft, it's just missing something when you come upstairs. Are the ones next door also nextgens?

Yes pretty similar to The Presley in Henderson but without balcony. A loft would be nice. This is the only nextgen in this community. If you like to take a look at it look at it let me know.

@RamiroFregoso NO, the community is called Presley, the plan is Franklin. I literally just went there last month, after seeing your video. It's the exact same plan down to the tiny yard, the Lennar agent there even sent me this one last week because I got on the mailing list.

“They” know a depression is coming and are building homes so multiple families have to join up to own a home 😮

Not a very good floor plan for families …. That first floor in the main home is a complete waste of dead space.
