Just did a trip to Chile last fall so this was a cake walk. Friggin love that dusty, fresh bell pepper Colchagua Carménère. Excellent choice for today’s video my friends!

Without even seeing your list I would have gone with Cabernet Franc right off the bat due to the green bell pepper descriptor.... time for me to go get familiar with carmenere (not blended)
