My husband[H] would say superb - as well to the alacarte servings ordered by you 💯 😊. Surely worth a second visit without the vlog shooting 📸. Your expressions are a delight and give a virtual feast of the delicacies ❤🤗☺️😍 - solina ps: my H is a senior HR lawyer & just by a look of the restaurant owner introducing - can gauge the food quality & hygiene 🤩 !

I was really looking for someone like Kripal Amanna or at least close to him who covers good & iconic eateries from Mumbai City the way he does it in Bangalore. Searched so much, finally found Alka Ji your channel and it was perfect what i was looking for. I have stayed in Mumbai 8 years from 2011 to 2018 (Now settled in blore). Hi Alka I like your zeal for thales Just a correction Kathiyawaad is a peninsula bounded by Gulf of kutch,Gulf of khambat,basically Saurashtra The name of this Dhaba is Kathiyawaadi Dhaaba but it is serving Rajasthani, Kathiyawaadi ,Punjabi etc. Even Dalbaati, Khoba roti, khichiya is Rajasthani... Kathiyawaadi food was not the highlight... So those who do not know the difference between Rajasthani and Kathiyawaadi will be confused.. Keep vlogging ..Best wishes

The thali looks great value for money and nutritious . But Kathiawadi dal and kadhi being a sweet many won't like it . Same with sweet sambhar. A non sweet version of these dishes needs to be served for the majority. Kathiyawadi Toor Dal / Pigeon Pea Dal is a made with split pigeon pea (toor dal). The dal is tempered with whole spices such as cloves, cinnamon, pepper corn, star anise. Jaggery, tomato and lemon juice balances sweet and sour taste of the dal. Peanuts are added to get the crunch in dal. The dal is cooked for everyday meal in a kathiyawadi household and served with steaming rice.

So my parents happened to visit this place after watching your video and I'm sorry to say they were extremely disappointed.. the food just did not match up to anything like your description in this vlog .. the food was cold and infact undercooked ..
