The view at the 4 minute mark was breathtaking, I've always loved those types of views of Vietnam. It just says Vietnam to me, just like when I see people go to Ninh Binh and climb the mountain to the dragon at the top. Also, I cannot believe how huge the cave is inside. It's so beautiful in an foreign and exotic way, too. Man, that's just an awesome tour and worth every dollar and then some!

It's sad that they have temporarily closed Son Doong cave-Vietnam's largest cave on planet earth due to the pandemic. It's large enough to house an entire New York City block, complete with 40 story skyscrapers.

Another wonderful adventure! 👍🏻👍🏻 I have been to these caves ten years ago. At that time, there were no stairs in Phong Nha cave, the dark one. We had to walk on the ground and it was very slippery. For Thiên Đường cave (Heaven cave),my favorite one. It’s massive and it has magnificent, stunning views. The atmosphere inside is so cool. If you are sweating, when you go inside, you will see smoke rising from your body.👻 I believe these caves were once submerged below sea level and were inhabited by sea monsters🦈🦑😱🐍

I would love to do something like that as I loved adventure types of vacation and would do spelunking, white water rafting, bungee jumping, etc., when I was younger. Now I'm an old fart and would probably be scared of everything. Hahaha! If you check out Tim and Fin's channel, they did the 3 or 4 day cave tour and came across all kinds of things, including a horned viper! Hahaha on the sea monsters.

AMAZING!! I loved this one so much! You guys need to come back and do the 3-5 day one like Tim and Fin did (their video was very entertaining to me as Fin was not gung-ho about doing it initially). Tim wanted to do the $3000 tour, but Fin talked him into the lesser tour. I think they should have done it back then because it'll be difficult to get on that tour now since like you said, there's a wait list. Not only that, they limit how many tours can go through the largest cave in the world.

I was born in Vietnam and eventually moved to to the states. On my visits back I have toured the caves. It's indeed spectacular and worth a place on your bucket list. The tragedy is the lack of respect and littering that occurs from all the tourist. Particularly the Chinese tourist that visit ruining the environment in the caves during heavy traffic seasons. You see wrappers all over the place in the caves its sad. 400 million years and ruined in the last 10 years.
@AttilaAndZae

We couldn’t agree more Tu. We absolutely hate seeing trash and litter anywhere we go, especially in nature areas. We have complained about it in many of our videos, including the one from Maldives and elsewhere. We try yo keep our videos as positive and lighthearted as possible, without complaining too much, but we do notice everything you mentioned in your comment. We wish people would be more respectful as well.
@doodahgurlie
@doodahgurlie 2 жыл бұрын
I hate how Vietnam is next door to China and it's their playground. I heard Da Nang is pretty much a Chinese city now as well as Nha Trang. Vietnamese government should put their foot down and add a tax to Chinese travelers (and Russian ones, too, if they are the same way) to help with the clean up effort. I remember Phuc Map made a video a while back where he mentioned seeing Chinese tourist allowing a young child to defecate right in front of a Buddhist temple or something like that. So disrespectful.
@JL-yt5hy
@JL-yt5hy 2 жыл бұрын
The issue of littering and the love of nature needs to be fostered in Vietnam, starting with children in school. But yes it is a serious issue that needs to be addressed and tackled. Maybe all youtubers visiting VN could raise the issue and get people to participate on one of their videos and show it to the world.

Usually before we go to a country, we do some research on Google by searching different itineraries to see what spots we would be interested in hitting. Once we choose a few cities, we look at itineraries for those specific cities and plan locations to visit. We also use google maps and see local attractions. Besides, we sometimes also look at applications like Klook, TripAdvisor, and GetYourGuide to see if there are any specific tours or activities we would be interested in.
