Exploring Boulder Creek Wyoming

I had a need to be on the Mountain today. I got a horse and headed up to Boulder Creek Trail Head in the Bridger-Teton Nat Forest in Wyoming. I traveled by horseback up Boulder Creak Canyon on a day trip to explore the canyon and trail. Just my reliable horse Boon and I rode up the canyon, we were trying to make it to the big switch backs and to see how horse friendly the trail was. I wanted to take some pack horses up this trail into the Wind River Range and back into the wilderness this coming year. So I was out doing some exploring.

I love these videos 😁. We tend to forget how much work goes into making even a short video. We just watch and enjoy and comment. But the work u do setting up scenes with the camera is time consuming. Thank you for all you do bringing these videos to use. Thank you 🙏👍

What he said! I was thinking your horse must of thought "good - I get a break while ol' Twolegs goes back to get that box with three legs". One thing that really stands out is the ambient sound, birds, wind, the horse's noises. Funny thing, though - I don't recall hearing the saddle creak.

I love the horse, Boon. I love the Wilderness Trail: 4 men and a woman ride the horses and mules on the few days at the Yellowstone River.

Beautiful country ... and real nice roan gelding .. looks like you could be heeling on him or calf roping .. if you get a chance I made a video "I Use To Rope" back when I was training a few horses .. oh and I wish I could narrate like that .. I can talk to a camera all day but when I start to do a voice over I get all thick tongued lol Good Stuff keep them coming

I watched this one and it was a solo trip I see… nice… do you carry an emergency locator beacon or communications device in case you get into trouble. If you track your rides with a gps it would be great to see a map so we can visualize where you went in the video. I do that on my rides on my channel and folks like it. A different kind of riding… hahaha but I used to have a horse….and I actually live in horse country now in Ocala Florida. 😊
