Hard to beat California really. I lived there for years and it always amazed me how beautiful it is. Too bad it's also over crowded, expensive and congested with traffic. Thirty or forty years ago it must have been close to paradise.

I agree... But the colour grading is a bit extreme, in my opinion. I think, with your editing style, a truer colour tone will be better.

+Aravind the colours are totally true during daylight hours. So they push it a tad during the golden hour or in the evening but it sure beats grainy noisy plugged up shadows and overexposed highlights. I have to disagree with you, they are doing a great job with the cinematography.

Cold Springs Tavern is the best, such a nice little hidden gem up in the mountains. I always love seeing you guys travel through the central coast and letting everyone see its beauty that we get to enjoy every day! Great video!!

I enjoyed this video, the Paso Robles to the coast via Nascimento Ferguson was my favorite since I lived in Paso for 21 years and drove that road hundreds of times in a 1960 VW bus to Big Sur. I lived in Big Sur for 5 years, it brought me back to some of the best summers in my life.

My wife and I have driven this route in a Camaro ragtop. I still rave about it and especially the Cold Springs Tavern. The Gainey Winery in the Saint Ynez mountains was awesome. Love your stuff. Keep it coming!

I must tell a story about Rosinante: Many years ago, before Google, I was sitting outside a cabin by the sea in the south of Norway. You have probably been here, and know there is a lot of cabins and boats here in Norway. That summer evening I had a crossword puzzle in front of me. One word made it hard to finish: ROSINANTE. I had never heard that word before. As I was sitting there and thinking and looking out on a boat passing by, near the cabin, I suddenly saw the name of the boat. Yes, of course; it was "Rosinante". I could see the hair on my arms rise. I found out what Rosinante was a few days later..... from an encyclopedia.

Along with everyone else I'm enjoying this one. Maybe it's because we are Overlanders. Driving that much and filming that much is hard work isn't it? I'm planning a bike the coast trip with my sister for once we get back to the states.
