I will certainly buy an eSIM card before I travel abroad next fall. I have to start work in March until late fall Oct/Nov fighting bush fires. After that I will meet a friend in Bali then not sure where I will go afterwards.

It was cool to see the vibrant celebrations and decorations in Chinatown Bangkok during Chinese New Year! The traditional food stalls, and ldisplays all added to the festive atmosphere. I definitely want to visit during this time next year to fully soak in the culture and festivities. Great video capturing the essence of the event guys!

I recommend a new mall that opened at the end of last year and you can get off at Phrom Phong BTS station. Then walked to Emsphere Mall. 😊

Omg i have a fear of being in a busy place like that with our 3 kids and not being able to find a toilet for them 😂 We haven’t made it to Bangkok yet but just left Koh Lipe and it’s been our fav place so far… Just made it to gili T and we are loving the no vehicles + chill island life with kids 👌

Happy Chinese New Year. I have always wanted to go to this Chinatown, hopefully end of the yr, I would definitely stay at a hotel on the st for 1/2 nights. Riding a TUK TUK at night, an absolute must. Grilled meats, Chinese doughnuts and dumplings Yum Yum. Absolutely love seeing all the red, lanterns and lights. I hate to break it to you Mandy but I’ve seen much much easier. That pork did not look good at all. Absolutely Loved Every Minute

At any markets anywhere there is never any toilet paper at Southeastern Asia toilets. It’s always the same in Bali, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam. Carry your own TP or wipes in your purse. Lol. Just a fact and warning. Lol.

Question: We are going to be in Bangkok on the 28th for a couple mod days with our kids. I’d like to take them on a food tour. I don’t see you guys do a lot of tours - but you’re definitely more experienced travelers than us. Booking online ahead of time seems pretty expensive for a family of 6. Would you suggests we wait and book once we are there?

Holafly, what a rip-off 84 bucks for 20 days unlimited. People save your money and get sims at bangkok airport while u wait for ur lugage. 30 bucks for 31 days. Just get 4g, 5g not needed as only a fre 5g towers in bangkok. Rest of thailand is only 4g

Foreigner dude tried to bargain down the hard-working local tuk-tuk driver for a mere $8 to $4 during the long and busy night 🤣(smh). Glad the lady has common sense❣
