Another gem of a place, well illustrated in this video ... Everything I see about Croatia makes it look fantastic After Eurovision 2023 a couple of days ago my absolute favourite song by miles was 'Mama - Shtee' by Let 3; though they spell it 'Mama ŠČ!' which means nothing to me. I can't help singing it, without knowing the words, or lalalala-ing the tune. It is completely bonkers and totally fantastic because of it.

I caught that! just saw the last few acts of Eurovision this year - nice to see 🇭🇷 flying the flag for the bonkers end of eurovision, its a slow watch if all the acts are taking themselves deathly serious

thks! fraid its not a very interesting answer but both airbnb & booking .com have options starting at around £60 - but thats for soon, if you book further ahead a bunch of £40-£50 options start showing as well - even in the old town itself plus if you don't mind a hostel - there are sub €20 options too
