I totally missed 2 meetups this night, including yours. I got distracted being in the crowd for that "Up To Date" gameshow in Downtown EDC haha. Arrival shuttles were better for day 2 I guess, they held us all on the buses until like 7:10 for some reason. Didn't even let us get off and stand in queue to enter. I wasn't feeling the rain Subjohnics + John Summit were great surprises. I got to Circuit Grounds in the middle of Subjohnics and was totally confused at first haha. I've been a big fan of John's since seeing him play NYE with Kaskade in SF this last year. I was hoping John and Kaskade would get booked to do another b2b here, but sadly no.

No worries at all! It happens, and sometimes there are so many amazing things happening simultaneously at EDC that it's hard to catch everything 😅. And sorry to hear about your shuttle experience. I heard that the thunder/weather in the area may have been a factor. I've been enjoying a lot of John Summit too! Kaskade b2b John Summit must've been sick! Was hoping to see them at Hard in a few months.

@@ravetourguide And of course I try not to plan too many meetups for not being able to attend them haha. NYE was so good. Funny story, Summit was supposed to play in SoCal at one show, then headline a show in Sacramento that same night, and then play in SF NY Day. The Sac show got cancelled, so he posted up on IG asking for ideas on what to do. He ended up getting added to the NYE lineup for his own hour, then Kaskade would play, then b2b for 1 hr to end the night. Thats when things went weird. He had the private plane he booked cancel due to mechanical problems. Second plane he tried to get didn't have a pilot. At this point he was supposed to start playing at 10:15 I think. He ends up booking a private jet of like G6 kinda status and heading to SF from SoCal. He finally gets to the venue at like 12:15a and Kakade gives him 45 minutes to do his own thing before they do 1 hr b2b. John was determined to not miss that chance to play with one of his hometown Chicago idols. Ya if you go to HARD, def check them out if you can. I pleaded to Pasquale after that night to book them for EDC.
