Thank you great video Do you think in this time its not worth to invest in studio? Specificly in project like elington. Or demand is not that great in this day Thank you for your answer.

I would say it's still a good investment as there will be solo travelers as well as couples who want an alternative to staying at the Wynn or Ritz Carlton. As this project will be finished close to the casino launching AND it's also in a location that already has tourist demand (beach, golf course), I think it's a good investment. But studio is very pricey of Ellington… it comes in 2 bedroom price of mid developer So it will difficult to sell studio at 1.1 million AED
