At the start of your video when you said thank you for ma morning coffee, I was like you're very welcome 😂 great video keep em coming but ti be fair you won't get the real ethiopian variety cousins without travelling to Addis. Spend a bit of time in Addis before travelling out to rural areas! Also you mentioned about needing vaccines I think the websites might not have been refreshed since the last big fear 💉 all my family travels back and forth from uk & spain to Addis none of em needing a 💉 since late 2022. you can apply for visa online which costs less than £100 for a month and £172 for 3month visa. Every Ethiopian cooks differently it depends on the woman or the man who is doing cooking because we all use berbere. Some of us use more ingredients on the berbere and some of useless ingredients, but the injera is always the same..and most of us we cook completely different than one another because my mom used to cook the old fashioned way her butter was real good and her cook was amazing 👏 🤩 👌 she went to be with the Lord Jesus in 2015 and she was 82 years old never eaten any other country food only Ethiopians 🇪🇹and thank you for trying Ethiopian 🇪🇹 food 🙏 ❤Ethiopian are awesome people and the food is very healthy food and you will not be disappointed.

Kudos for actually trying to make our cuisine👍.
