We did almost the same exact itinerary that you did back in November 2023 during Thanksgiving week and loved Grand Junction so much we moved in April 2024 from San Diego. Hope you decide to make the move because you will not regret it

There were lots of them! Looked like goats, bighorn sheep and/or deer.. Very cool!
