We are in Ho Chi Minh City for the first time!
We just arrived in Saigon, Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh city in southern Vietnam. After spending two months in Indonesia, I was so excited to start a new adventure.
We are so impressed by Ho Chi Minh City!
Last year, we explored the Northern Vietnam, but this time we are decided to start from the South of Vietnam, from Ho Chi Minh City, one of the most vibrant and exciting cities in Asia. From the chaotic streets to the historic landmarks and delicious street food, come and get to know Ho Chi Minh City with us!
We started the day be dressing like a local, I got a traditional clothing piece ("Ao Dai"), here in Ho Chi Minh City
We started discovering the local market in Ho Chi Minh City 📍Ben Thanh Market
After that, since it started to rain, we had to go to the most famous coffee shop in Vietnam "Cong Caphe" where we tried a local beverage in Vietnam and the vibe was amazing.
We walked between the streets of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) and started exploring HO CHI MINH CITY for THE FIRST TIME.
We spent some time admiring the independence palace in Ho Chi Minh City and we were impressed of the Vietnamese history we learned more about.
In the end, we found Bến Nghé Street Food, a nice place where we eat in our first day in Ho Chi Minh City.

VIETNAM has a long history of war, thousands of years of being invaded by big countries. But now, we have gained independence and are trying to build this beautiful country. We always hope all the best will come to the Vietnamese people as well as international visitors.
