Exploring one of the most stunning natural rock formations in NSW - Horse Head Rock!
I encountered so much beautiful wildlife in this weekend's adventures and was able to capture so much to share with you all.
Also taking you along to the ARE YOU OK social dive day held by Deep Sensations, where we started our morning with yoga, ice baths then a fun dive at Moloneys Bay in Shell Cove.
I am so grateful for all the amazing people I met and got to spend time with!

Another great video. Horse Head is a very neat rock formation. I live in a place where water freezes quickly in the winter. I never thought poeple would take ice baths😀. I may have to give it a try😀. Thanks for sharing!

Good way to build up the tolerance for the cold, I’m not built for the cold that’s for sure ! But worth giving a try, apparently a few health benefits too !

It's such a beautiful natural rock formation! One to visit for sure!
