The video was informative, but there are a few things to consider. Both capital appreciation and ROI are lower here compared to Dubai, so it doesn't seem sensible for an investor or even a family who has to commute to Dubai every day to buy here. There are similar priced deals to be had in Dubai.

Please try to make vedio on hyperinflation and how we can protect our self from it. Are you ready for Hyperinflation? 1- High levels of Debt 2- Declining values of assets 3- Falling Incomes.

Launching price for a 2 bed is too high , multiple options in that price range in Dubai in fact you can get a 3 bedroom plus maids room. Plus capital appreciation in Shj is vs Dubai ? the answers is a no brainier.

Around 5lakh usd. I guess going into any European country or Turkey and you can get a passport along with property

You mean anyone buying 15 caror house in Pakistan is also not in senses as the same amount can be invested to get a passport for some other country?

Great video... But disappointed that Sharjah is so expensive now. I was expecting townhouse around aed1M. Another communities in this range?

Townhouse - 2 BHK, 1 Million AED - I don't think so, but have to check.
