This is exactly what a creepypasta or even .exe should of been. Not a hold right to jumpscare someone, either a new world like place to explore with this disturbing atmosphere of something being off, and not just the glitches. Mario's sfx, a level not the same as before, a misplaced enemy, something among those lines where you thought you knew the game like the back of your hand. That really sets the mood in my opinion

I don't know if you're even gonna read this, but In the beta Yoshi could appear at any star number and he would use the same IA from the personalising of the copy to personalise his messages. And he would eventually start to be aware that he's in a game and try to kill you to escape the game Not like I'm giving ideas or something, in just sayin'...

I don't know how to properly explain it but horror element in this type of stuff really works well. Maybe because we used emulators or played these games as kids... maybe we had cartridge issues or emulator problems that led to weird stuff happening. Maybe because we grew up with these games that its like being in your own house and on the surface every thing seems fine but you start realize SOMETHING is very, very wrong. Either way it's bizarre fear that you very different than one you might see in a game or movie thats designed as a horror Really liking this series!

This is really good, just 2 things I would change. 1. "The Rom almost deleted itself but I managed to recover it." Unless you have an unrelated malware then files wont just delete themselves. Also how does something "almost" delete itself and how would you recover it? 2. The glitches. No glitch in an actual game is going to just pitch the audio or tint the screen, try to make more conventional, realistic glitches. Aside from these this was great and pretty convincing.
