The sugar factory is gone now, demolished. So many old places are being renovated... like 5Pointz in Queens. it's kinda sad.

Nah, out w/the old, in w/the new, if it's shut down unused space anyways. I'd rather see it renovated than dilapidated. Unless it's still up and running of course.

I remember when I was there in 2013, December. The sugar factory or part of it was still up atleast. I saw it when we ( my father and I ) did the boat tour around Manhatten. It was beautiful!! Would definitely do it again!
