Boxabl did explain some of the upfront costs too me. No were near 355,000! This company is insane.

yep, not even in the same league heck not even in the same Universe. In most of the country you can buy a very nice home for most of these.

These options are cool but nothing beats the Boxabl's affordability, set up time and the fact that you can stack them and add multiple units. Another GREAT VIDEO!

I see you, Irina Dee! Thanks for presenting all of these new and exciting companies making noise in the ever growing prefab home space. The price may be justified by the finishes , appliances, and architectural designs. The streamlined and most expensive prefab homes are not cost prohibitive if you appreciate the craftsmanship required for the build. What’s anything worth? Value is very subjective, so in the end, you get what you pay for. 🙌🙌🙌

Thank you for being here! I agree, I think there is definitely a market for these ultra-modern, prefab homes, but they don't appeal price-wise to the general public. Here's hoping that Boxabl is able to crank up production to satisfy the affordable housing demand!

Do you have any idea how buying a Park Model for an RV Park Works Irina? Getting a pad set costs for an RV needs to be stabilized. Here in the Old Pueblo buying a 1988 Palm Harbor and doing the remodel should be (done here in 2018 dollars )at $100 sqft was very doable hiring handyman services for 90% of the remodel...True that is probably not possible in the NW as there is very little in the availability of chicken coops without chickens left to remodel there. Finding a '92 and newer Park Model to use is the issue today. If the idea is economy, you might have to try someplace south of Mexico....What I am saying is don't project anything over $100 per sqft is connected to economy.

I need a house ASAP I can't wait for a boxabl casita i looking for something ready i just called boxabl and the casita should be delivered in 12 months if put $5000 down or 18 months if not put anything

I called honomobo and they said they do not deliver in Washington State becasue of permitting etc.

You also have to consider the cost of land as well as I’m willing to bet these companies are assuming you have that already.

Watch ALL the videos of folks living in vans/ skoolies/ rvs/ cars. Its very complicated. Like in Australia, there is a backlash against folks who live in their rvs. Its ridiculous. Live and let live- but they dont. They throw BRICKS at rvs. Also will you be off grid? Are you an introvert? Long term camping. Do you have family you can camp out in their driveway? What do you want? To pull an rv or drive one? Lots to think about. Im either going boxable or tiny house and use other funds to travel😇

Irina, Some people have said this company is a scam that they don't know anyone who has one of these homes. Could you find a few people who have one of these homes and give us some report or link about it.

Those prices are just stupid! Middle of the country you get a 2000 sq ft or more home for $200,000. The bank would never approve a tiny house for hundreds of thousands of $$$$& LOL

These are super expensive, you can get standard sticks construction for 350 per square foot even in the expensive bay area. It's ridiculous to pay more then that for a prefab that can't even be customized.

If you’re single person, this is too much! You can live in a motel room and you don’t have to bother with building your own home! When you need a place to live, time is money and also you need to live somewhere while that home being built.

I find these companies that charge those kinds of prices should be drummed out of business and here is why. They are overcharging for a product that at most costs maybe 30,000 for them to build, secondly they are being irresponsible in charging as much as they making it to the point you are better off buying a already built. I priced out a manufactured home and the cost to set it up a few months ago. 185,000 in total to buy it and set it up, I also priced out a 3-bedroom 2 bath modular home, and of course this one is going to cost more but the price of 301,000. So these companies are ridiculous for charging as much as they are doing regardless of where you place them.

Misses the biggest point of tiny homes. Must be waaaaay less expensive than say a 1200ft+ traditional home.

The title of the video doesn't match the content. The whole purpose of a boxabl home is the affordability. You were showing outrageously expensive homes.
