Quiltcon 2024 I apologize for this taking so long. Life got in the way. So, without further ado, here we go. -Cary Quilting Co - Sea of Pearls, keeper of the bans, Modern cotton Boll, Archer. Makes me want to buy a bunch of solids. -Hobbs Heirloom-Batting! Yes very helpful diagram they provided. -Spoonflower-Love Spoonflower! Be prepared for the price. -Artspira Brother Printer-Just Wow! -Innova- If only... -Modern American Vintage - So pretty. Love these clappers. Love woodwork. -Miss Make - You have made me love the Looper! The Looperette looks amazing too. -Latifah Saafir- Latifa loves her some curves. Not I! -The Duckface People were cutiees! -Olisa- I am still trying to justify that iron lol -Treasured Threads - So Cute! -Denyse Schmidt Quilts - Love the idea of re-printing on panels! -Pre-quilt - I love prequilt! An amazing tool -Violet Craft- I love those Bees and the Peacock! One Day I will be brave, lol. I love that Fuzzy Wolf you found in Missouri. -Jen Carlton-Bailly- Love her. Still haven't tried. Danish Swirl is so good! -Slightly Biased Quilts -I need butterfly Blooms, Wild Tracks and Vela -Sawyer Creek Artistry - I love those screwdrivers. They had some pretty awesome quilts on the wall. -Sew Mariana-The heart pattern was different, the trees too. Polaris, whirly jr, so many cute patterns! -Web Fabrics-That bird quilt makes me want to sew curves and buy solids. Wow, so many cool patterns! -Kai-LOL, One day you are going to get me to buy a pair. -Sew Creative Lounge - I loved that Jacket with the hood. Need it! -Sweet Tea Patterns Co.- Photo Op. I love their patterns. Good to Fussy Cut! Knotted up is Special! -OESD - Love the patterns. I need a machine! That Tula on the white Jacket makes me want to go into debt lol. -Cherrywood- Cherrywood is so awesome. They are so expensive, but it is so special. -Handi Quilter- Moxi/Amara maaabye one day -Orange Dot Quilts-The H Bag. The llama quilt, just YES! -Sew Tites- They have it with those magnets. -Modish Quilter Magazine - Starry Quilt, On the list! -Loving Stitches Quilt Shop- new paper doll cutouts are cute, makes me wish I had smalls to make them for, almost :D -Sallie Tomato- Se has some awesome Faux Leather and Cork. The vinal, now I really need to sew faster! -American Quilt Study Group-Studying about quilts is so cool -Villa Rosa - The Best affordable pattern! -Serendipity Woods Fabric & Designs-Puddle Jump, perk and Reverberate for sure Need those. -Figo-The Space Dyed Woven looks Lucious! -Duckadilly-Those flowers were Everything. That London fabric, that is a special occasion, for a special someone, even if its me, kind of thing.

Thanks for this video! I will say, I use Quilter's Dream Wool batting almost exclusively and definitely dry my quilts in the dryer with no issues!!!

Thanks for showing this. There is an awful lot of crap on the market which isn't needed for quilt making. It puts beginners off as they feel they can't make a quilt without certain rulers, designer fabrics, expensive machines clappers, special irons the list is endless but our budgets aren't. Is it a myth that people made quilts long ago without all the unnecessary gizmos now available? I'm all for making life easier but commonsense is also needed. Quilting is a great craft to learn. I'm self-taught not perfect but neither is life.

I very much enjoy your showcasing the vendors. I have actually purchased items from both Houston and Raleigh due to your work. These were vendors I hadn't heard of before. I seldom travel and so this helps me too. I also LOVE your exuberant attitude, even when you are hoarse, I enjoy the couture quilt show clothing reviews too. It's also made me think about quilting differently. Thanks.

I saw all these vendors at least 4 times, but seeing them through your eyes is wonderful. I'm sure I'll revisit this video several time. BTW, I saw you a couple of times in the vending area but you were always surrounded by people and in deep conversation. I hope that you enjoyed QuiltCon as much as I did!

You can absolutely use wool in a baby quilt and it can be machine washed and dried. It is breathable and lightweight. Thanks for the great recap.
