Built in the 1920's, it was the intention of two philanthropists to improve the wellbeing of the boys who worked across Wales' coal mines. This camp in south-Wales provided over 100 boys with accommodation and sporting facilities to give them some respite over the summer. When the site closed in the 1990's, it fell into disrepair and is now dilapidated and falling apart.
