I had the pleasure of visiting St. Kitts about 20 years ago. Back when Jack Tar Village resorts were still around, I loved this island and have always wanted to return. Loved your video!!

I went on a West Caribbean cruise back in April 2019. Out of all of the islands we visited, St. Kitts was the best!!!

...they always sing the praises of The bigger - they're ALL SMALL, really - Caribbean islands but always denying the solid reputation (encased in our names) of St Kitts and Nevis: Liamuiga (The Most Fertile Land) and Oualie (The Sweetest Waters). They always assume, to diminish the value and premise of what St Kitts and Nevis stand for. Some bigger islands presume and take delight, in telling us we are a small island.... Listen, before you continue to ridicule us Kitti people, The British Caribbean was founded and based on St Kitts and Nevis - The TWO Most beautiful Islands in The Whole Carribean - without any competition @ll. Christopher - that liar - Columbus and The Lord, Nelson, declared and affirmed this fact.... Sent, with♥, to The Entire Caribbean....Cuba, Jamaica and Puerto Rico, too.

@@roodbaf Even if all you say is true, (which I have no reasons to doubt), how does that respond to SoNozee's comment? Isn't SoNozee entitled to give an opinion of the island he regards as the best? I too find St. Kitts (as well as Grand Cayman and St. Lucia) to be the islands I enjoy going to the most. Such admission does diminish the beauty of other islands, be they large or small. It's just a subjective perspective. And I am Jamaican by birth.

Is it SoNozee who made the lead comment (that you say you agree with), or others who may have said something negative about St. Kitts and deserving of your chastisement? And why the chastisement in this thread when the lead comment (by SoNozee) never specify WHY they found St. Kitts to be the best? The point is, you went off on negatives that others may have made. You even went on to say, [quote] "They always assume, to diminish the value and premise of what St Kitts and Nevis stand for" [end quote]. None of that (even if true) properly responded to the lead comment. That is my point.

Thank you for the informative video. You said you climbed mount Liamuiga but your video shows pretty easy trails. On other videos the hike/climb to mount Liamuiga looks much more strenuous : rock and roots scrambling, going up with help of ropes. I suppose you did not do the whole thing, did you?

Little did anyone know in those days that sugar would be the scourge of western society. Therefore slavery in the sugar plantations was a double horror. We are still paying the price. Just ask anyone taking Metformin and injections! However now the people of St. Kitts, Nevis and Anguilla have inherited a wonderful paradise! No wonder St. Kitts and Nevis was the first country to offer a Citizenship by Investment to the rest of the world!
