@@jennyhacking1289 hopefully it’ll get a new lease of life. If someone will fix the roof and get it watertight the foundations are there to get it operating as a theatre again. I agree it would be a shame to lose the theatres we have left.

@@1974bazzaaaI hope so, used to go to College in Ashton and although I never visited the place myself, it meant alot to people I know.

Brilliant detailed video. Love that intro with the old footage, and that light you use really does an excellent job in that main arena! I did walk into a few webs myself when I was there but I didnt realise just how many there were! Really good stuff and one place I will be keeping an eye on 👍

@@stevoid thanks, and the tip off from you won’t be forgotten . I appreciate the kind words. I do like pulling the history out when I can find some. Just wish my battery hadn’t died near the end so could’ve got the last bits!

@@pauljonnson1181 there is still hope it can be run by a charity as a community theatre. The longer it’s left the more it’s going to cost in reactive maintenance though
