45 years ago, or so, as a 12 year old, I got to spend the summer with my grandparents who lived in Lighthouse Point, Fl. My grandpa had a big boat that we took to Bimini and Walkers Cay for 2 weeks. We fished just about every day and ate what we caught. I remember taking our extra catch to local families who were very appreciative for the fish. One lady came by the marina the next day and brought us fresh bread that she had made for us. Those are memories that I will always remember.

I was a sports fisherman from age 6 to age 16 when I caught a 136 lb pacific sailfish on 8 lb test monofilament. I grew up in Miami with world class sports fishermen where I was taught my the best. I found the video of your trip to the Bahamas. I thought you were crazy. Now I got to watch you fish! You have the “it” factor. Maybe it’s focus or it’s timing or it’s coordination? You fish great! If you can pull in a wahoo from a Sea Doo, then you should fight Poatan next. My fishing buddy from 20 years or so ago hit a wahoo on a line (12 lb test). I was on the boat recovering from vomiting multiple times while bait-fishing. I caught alot of baitfish. The fish hit his line while I was prone. I heard it. He fought it for 40 minutes or so, I gaffed it and we brought it in. It was enormous. He freaked out because he knew it was a record fish. He hauled ass to and through Haulover to get it weighed. Amazing how the nausea went away during the event. Best eating fish I ever had.

Hello. WOW, AMAZING! I Came upon your KZfaq Channel today. The title caught my eye I visited Free Port Bahamas over 25 years ago ( they had the best fish) and rode a Jet Ski for the first time three years ago. Fun being on one but being in deep waters, I probaby wont do it again. So Amazing Trip. You and your brother are brave men And amzing fishing. Becareful on what you pull out that ocean.
