We recently visited the beach resort town of Ocean City, Maryland for the first time. Our first day was spent exporing the boardwalk and the beach. The Ocean City Boardwalk has consistently been ranked among the best beach boardwalks in the United States. And we are going to show you why. We will talk about the attractions, the restaurants, the shopping experience - and, of course, the beach. Thanks for watching!

This looks like such a wonderful place to visit! I love boardwalks - so much to see and do and close to your hotel! Your fish& chips looked delicious and the coconut lime drink too!!! Kenny would love it! Gosh the skies looked so pretty with the puffy white clouds. I bet that haunted house has some haunts! 👻 Mmm - crab dip. There’s something about my appetite - it always increases at the beach. This video made me so hungry Alice. It’s really impressive that this boardwalk was voted best in America. Love this boardwalk video. Cool history. We had a laughing Sal at the Santa Cruz boardwalk in CA. Tram is really convenient. Fun rides and shops. Enjoyed the narration. Cheers🤠👍

This is such an awesome boardwalk. Nice that they have the tram system. I love to walk as much as I can, but trams will always come in handy. I'm amazed by all the different attractions. There is so much to do, so I can easily see how this ranks among the top 10 boardwalks. I also really appreciated learning about the history of the carousel, parks, and the dark ride you rode was fascinating. Interesting stories behind these attractions. The crab dip you ordered looked really good. I never have high expectations for a fish & chips plate, though more often than not, it's a safe bet and wise choice. The art gallery looked like a fun experience. The decor on the outside was original and gave it a unique vibe. I won't judge if you end up wearing the matching shirts at the same time. Lol!!

Growing up, I had an aunt and uncle who often wore matching outfits. They were lovely people. But we are definitely not doing that. We will wear our matching shirts on different days. But yes - This was a really fun beach and boardwalk. Thanks for watching and commenting!

This video was such a great guide to Ocean City's boardwalk and beach! The mix of history, fun attractions, and your personal experiences made it really enjoyable to watch. Loved the haunted house and the old-school charm it has. Your meal at Mug and Mallet looked delicious, especially the crab dip! Can’t wait to see more of your adventures in Ocean City. 👍

A pity laughing Sal does no longer move. Awesome Board Walk. Love the ferris Wheel. I love visiting Ripley's Believe it Not! We have one on the Gold Coast in Queensland. Great Beach. Loved the Haunted House. The drinks and food looked delicious. Lots of yummy sweats. A Great Board Walk. Much fun to be had, Thank you for having us come along. Have a great weekend Alice and Jack.

Laughing Sal still "half way" works she's a antique. Cool yes you got to play Ski Ball. I have not been to a Ripley's Believe it or not since the 90's. I saw the fish and chips on the menu and that's what I would have ordered. Pushy staff well its time to walk out the door. We need to look at this area. Excellent presentation. 👍😊

This is a really nice beach town to visit. Lots to see and do here. The animatronic Laughing Sal was kinda scary. But she might be even more scary if her body still shook when she laughed like it used to. Thanks for watching our video about the Ocean City beach!

Love a good arcade and skee ball is the best game! The speed boat racing is super cool! That crab dip looks DELICIOUS! I can see why this boardwalk is listed as one of the top ones! Ocean City looks like a lot of fun!

To be honest, we weren't expecting a lot from Ocean City. We spent a lot of time at Virginia Beach, and the Outer Banks, and Myrtle Beach. We were expecting it to just be OK. But it was really pretty awesome. I am not sure it is better than those others I mentioned. But it is competitive with all those beaches we love. It really is a lot of fun. Thanks for watching. This looks like such a fun area...I would have stopped for skee ball too! Lovey big beach, but not being a beach person, I would love all the different things to do on the boardwalk like the old Haunted House, so cute and what a great gift shop. That crab dip looked incredible. Yum. Looking forward to seeing more!

It really was a fun area. Jack and I are very competitive at Skee Ball. So we always stop if we see Skee Ball. The crab dip was delicious. And the boardwalk was packed with things to see and do. Thanks so much for watching - and for taking time to comment!

We have not been to Ocean City before but would love to go! Love seeing the amusement parks and arcades on the boardwalk. The sand sculptures were awesome too! Looks like so much to do on the boardwalk. Great video!

Maryland is still in our list of States to visit. They should have an all day pass for that shuttle. Rosalie would be all about that dark ride for sure. I would like to see that Street Magician. You guys have done so well this past 4 years. We are at year 5 of posting every week. Thanks for showing us around.

Oh dear. "Laughing Sal" could find a new career in a B horror movie! Still enjoyed seeing her along with your boardwalk and beach tour, Alice and Jack. Looks like a fun place and I would enjoy seeing the speed boat races. You didn't have to tell me they were filmed by YT. I watched them here! Put the lime in the coconut, drink it all up! Am I the only one who remembers that? The food looked wonderful too. That kind of couple? 🤣🤣 I recall in times past if I came out of the bedroom with a yellow shirt and Kathy was wearing one too, she'd run back in and change! Loved the sand sculptures and enjoyed the tour. Looking forward to seeing more.

We saw one of these laughing ladies in San Francisco, she moved while she laughed, interesting that people use to pay to watch and listen to her. Ripleys are fun, but we have only been to one in Jackson Hole. Good luck with getting your pictures 😂! The Haunted house looked like a good time! So many treats! Super cool Boardwalk, tons to do!

Laughing Sal is fun. We used to have similar (laughing policeman and a laughing sailor, who rocked uncontrollably from side to side) in some of our arcades at the seaside. We like the US boardwalks usually quirky, colourful and fun. Spotted the Maryland Crab Cakes on the menu you showed which are a favourite of mine. Sounds like the crab dip is the way to go.

We spend one day in Ocean City each year, but there was a lot that I didn't know about its history. We've never stepped foot inside that museum and now I really regret that. Also, the gift shop next to the Haunted House is fairly new. I don't know when it opened, but it wasn't there last summer. Thanks for the info about the boardwalk's history!

Yeah, they told us when we visited the gift shop at the Haunted House that it had “just opened.” So I am not sure exactly when it opened, but it was pretty recent. We loved checking out Ocean City. I can see why you make it an annual stop in your travels. Thanks for watching - and for taking the time to comment!

OC is great for a summer vacation. We enjoyed our trip there last summer and had a good time. Getting the Thrashers French fries is a must have while you are there and of course taking a dip in the ocean water 😊🌊.

Can’t pass up the skee-ball!!! Lots of entertainment there… flipping speedboats, dark rides, magicians, and olde timey photos that Jack will give in to one day 😂. Can’t wait to see your matching shirts. I’ll bet that shuttle bus could add up if you use it enough… surprised they don’t offer a day pass.

They really do need a day pass for the boardwalk shuttle! We paid and got on at one point and my hat blew off like two minutes later. So we had to raise our hands to get off and try to retrieve my hat (which was a success). But then we just decided to walk the mile and a half back to our hotel because we didn't want to pay again after just having paid for such a short ride. Anyway, lots to see and do along the beach here. Thanks for watching and commenting!

Ocean City looks so fun! How nice to book a hotel on the boardwalk. The old carnival stuff in the museum is cool, Sal is impressive but I don't care for the sound of her laugh LOL! Looks like so many fun amusements on the boardwalk. Fun arcade and always have a Ripley's! Cool that the ice cream place has been around since 1939, wow. The helicopters over the water with the races is really cool! Lovely to sit out on the boardwalk while you eat. The lime and the coconut drink sounds good. So does the pirate punch! How fun. I've always wanted to try hush puppies but that crab dip looks soooo good. Perfect to have soft pretzels with it. The fish n chips look really good too. Love your tour of the boardwalk and beach. Looks like a beautiful beach area and I love the cool sand sculptures. Awesome video as always! Sorry we had been off KZfaq for a while! Hope you are both doing great :)

Staying on a hotel right on the boardwalk was so convenient! Everything we needed for a great beach vacation was all around us. The crab dip with the soft pretzels was so awesome. But wait - you have never had hush puppies? You definitely need to try them sometime. They aren't like life changing or anything. But they are usually good. Glad you are back on KZfaq! We missed your videos!

I had an aunt and uncle growing up who often wore matching clothes. They were sweet people. And it was cute to see them out matching each other. But that isn’t really our style. But if yall enjoy wearing matching shirts, yall should definitely go ahead and enjoy yourselves. It will make it easier for us to notice you if we ever pass you in the streets of Gatlinburg.
