In today's vlog we head to the Floridian themed vacation home! We explored and toured this rental home which has 12 beds, 11 bathrooms and can accommodate 32 guests. Of all the houses y’all have done this one is by far my favorite. There was nothing that I didn’t like. If I can ever get my family together to get to Florida from California I’m going to suggest this specific house.

Just adopted a brand new puppy yesterday and my kids randomly decided to name him Jackson and I found myself this morning singing “his name is Jackson and he’s a BABY “ and then it occurred to me where I have heard that before lol 😂

It's the coolest Airbnb vacation home I've ever seen! Some bedrooms transport man to a fantastical zone! Where man can dream in the dream! How dope the place is! Like no other vacation neighbourhood on earth! Wow!

I'm a HUGE Harry Potter fan! I would LOVE the two Harry Potter themed rooms! I love how there are a TON of beds. There are 8 just in the Harry Potter themed rooms alone

This house could hold my side and my wife's side of the family and still have room for more! I love it! Will definitely be suggesting this for a future vacation to FL. Plenty of space for all!

I think the two refrigerators, two dishwashers and two sinks, allow people that keep Kosher to rent it. Obviously if it can sleep 32 people, you more than likely would need those extra appliances as well. The house doesn't have two stoves which could pose a problem for Kosher guests, but I'm sure they could navigate that issue. I love how the rooms aren't over the top, just as Jenn mentioned but have fun elements for kids as well. We'll be staying at Solterra in just 30 days but in a regular rental property.

Asking because I want to learn and understand: what does two stoves mean for keeping kosher? Does it mean you only cook beef/chicken in one and use the other stove for seafood or pork? So for a kitchen to be kosher you need two stoves? (Not just use two pans?)

@@kevindrake4529 my boyfriends dad keeps kosher and only has one oven/stove, but that's because non kosher foods are not allowed in his kitchen. We won't even use his microwave for anything that isn't kosher. So obviously there's no shellfish or pork, but things like dairy and meat need to be eaten and cooked separately, and you can't eat them from the same plate/ at the same time

@@kevindrake4529 Kosher means keeping dairy/meat products separate. This includes a separate sink or for modern kitches a double sink. A friend of mine in school was from a very strict Kosher household and her family even used to different stoves for cooking dairy/meat. Most kosher families will have just one stove these days and just strictly dairy pans or meat product pans.

These themed house tours are always so fun to watch. The creativity put into all the theming us so cool. I personally really liked the bedrooms that had themed artwork, but felt like nice relaxing bedrooms.

Staying here with you guys would be so awesome. I actually love the nice mix of subtle theming and more intense, but not over the top theming. I wonder how often houses like these actually get rented out to full capacity.

Wooow the electronic entrance display is so extra but so sick! Great idea for AirBnBs! INSANE how many people can be seated in the living room/dining combo Spa is awesome with massage chairs And damn that arcade area is lit This AirBnB is just SICK for huge groups - awesome find and love the gentle but apparent theming Almost 1000 a night with 4 day minimum.... man, you're really paying steep but it's a luxurious getaway place for sure

I love that the "adult" rooms were so subtle. I love seeing all the themed houses but this one would appeal more with the low key themes.

I have stayed in a house exactly like this, the same layout, but before it was themed in 2019! It might even be the same house. This video is reinventing a core memory I have from that vacation!

Nothing says Floridian like “the Trackers”!! Fun fact: prior to the pandemic when I used to frequent Target stores, every time I would go in I’d head to the electronics section and set all the display iPads and phones to TheTimTracker KZfaq videos walking around Target. One of the times an employee went to check it and said, “I don’t remember these Target commercials with this couple”. 😂 I’m loving the lightly themed rooms, perfect idea for my son’s room. The heavily themed room with the bunk beds looks like a nightmare to make the beds. That mini golf must have been the third part of the garage with such an echo!! I liked the house. I’m also a native Floridian. It was more of a Florida understated masterpiece, especially when Florida can be a bit gaudy looking in certain places.

oh wow now this was a cool themed house! Even the more 'immersive' themed rooms were not so overwhelming as they have been in previous vacation houses you've visited. I really loved this one, very well made too. Impressive!

I love when you tour these homes. Honestly they look so much cooler than any Disney hotel. That Harry Potter train room and how it connects to Hogwarts Room was brilliant. I agree this mix of the super themed rooms and the lightly themed was brilliant. It gives you more options. Love it!

I haven't seen a shuffleboard table in ages. my great grandma had one at the retirment home she lived at when she lived in my hometown and I used to go into the game room a play it for hours while my parents visited.

This house seems great for big groups with mixed sensory needs. I think a lot of autistic teens and adults would appreciate being in the room with the schematics or space theme. Relaxing, but engaging wall art for the right interests. Theme parks are a special interest for a lot of us. A relaxing place to come back to would be a necessity for making actually visiting theme parks possible.

Agree, Jenn, that "Welcome, Tim Tracker", as well as so many other tech touches you've shown in your tours, is SO cool, and really makes your visit/stay feel SO personal and unique, and you feel valued and appreciated right off the bat - great ouch! LOVE that huge sectional, AND the KZfaq videos of you playing! :) I'm totally coveting your Sorcerer shirt, Jenn!! I absolutely LOVE the way you and Tim can have such a great time just spending time together, and exploring - best friends, with the good luck and love to be married to each other - beautiful!! LOVE the castle bedroom, I'd want to stay in that one, or the gorgeous piers/beach room - love the colors in there as you said, Tim. Agree, Jenn like having different "levels" of rooms to choose from. This house is massive, and has such wonderful, creative, cool, and thoughtful theming and touches - it is AMAZING!!! The pictures in the "Pier" room are not hung evenly. You could instantly see they did not line up! lol... A couple pictures hanging on a wall also does not make it a "themed" room.... But that living room attached to the kitchen is pretty awesome! The one thing I cant stand about most of these homes , is that they are so close together. If you use the pool or lanai, you are so exposed to all the neighbors. They never think about privacy in the pool area!

There is no way that house had that many rooms by looking at the outside 😂. This is my 2nd favorite house you have shown, very unassuming & decor not so dramatic. Absolutely love it. My 1st place is Anna Maria Island with the nice big pool.

WOW! This was more reasonable than a 3 bedroom villa at Animal Kindom ….with your own pool and so many amenities and so magical….if I were going to stay anywhere off property it would be here….I would need a lot of people to go

I was thinking about our old family gatherings for Thanksgiving or Easter in years gone by...this would be a great option for something like that. But we did have more than 32 people the last time we had one of those! Thanks for the tour.
