We take our Lance 825 Truck Camper on a road trip to TWO national monuments in Utah! We drive a scenic byway through the beautiful red rock, juniper forests, and high plateaus of Bears Ears National Monument. We then visit its neighbor, Natural Bridges National Monument, where we hike into a canyon for a view of the second largest natural bridge in the United States, and take a cliffside trail to find the incredibly preserved ancestral Puebloan site of Horse Collar Ruin.

If you go west, out of Moab, past Goblin State Park, there's a road named the Bicentennial Parkway. It's one of the most beautiful drives you'll ever do. It goes through Glen Canyon NRA and ends up at Natural Bridge in Bears Ears.

Love your adventures and the videos you share! What size truck do you have F250 or F350, and what type of engine do you have in it? Also, which model Lance have you got? Is your truck and camper a good match? Any upgrades to the truck suspension system? Thanks, just retired and looking into seeing this beautiful country of ours the way you’re doing it!

Thank you! We have a F250 6.2L gas engine with a Lance 825 truck camper. We love our rig and haven’t experienced any issues with it carrying our camper. The only upgrades we did with our truck was upgrade to Fox shocks and installed Torklift Stableloads for a smoother ride on dirt roads. We also have videos about how we chose our truck and our first camping trip in our camper if you’re interested. Congrats on your retirement! Road tripping and camping is definitely an amazing way to see the country! Good luck and safe travels!

Bonjour!
