how to find this interview on CCTV in China ? Are you a Christian ? It seems obvious, you are but... Kevin is also, as am I . He was raised Muslim however but converted.

What is the food at 6:40? Looks like a bunch of wraps inside a giant mantou. I've never seen that before.

Honestly, I'm not sure. Those particular food photos weren't mine, so I'm not sure where they got them from.

It's actually one of the Hui people's traditional food called 香豆饼( 'xiang bean cake?' lol). it comes in 2 flavors, salty and sweet.

What's up with that? Chinese asked American about their own country. Many Han Chinese too scare to visit the place. Maybe someday, I 'm brave enough to go there. For now, I'm stay in my beautiful hometown, Chaozhou.

@amannisa oigur Xinjiang has been part of China since 1755, when Uyghur submitted under Qing dynasty of China in exchange of the Qing helped them defeated the Dzungars.

@amannisa oigur You need to read the history back to 2000 years ago (2BC), Xinjiang indeed part of China. But in a course of history there's different rulers ruled Xinjiang, until Qing dynasty ruled Xinjiang. And they named it Xinjiang means an "old land newly returned" (故土新歸). What's part of Qing dynasty, now part of new China.
