Кухня ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО должна быть внизу, таскать продукты наверх а мусор вниз не вариант. И просыпаться лучше на верхнем этаже с видом на природу а не на стенку

Love it! Light, roomy and airy. Splendid idea to have kitchen upstairs. Much better to have bedroom downstairs next to bathroom! Someone should have thought of this before!

Кухня внизу лушче бывает ,воду качать вверх лишние проблемы ,да и хозяйке удобно внизу работать на кухне ,а для отдыха комнатка наверху

Kitchen downstairs for practical reasons. No wet area at the entrance but there is a space for a huge tvset for such a tiny living room? I would prefer no tv at all but a wet area instead. And extend a roof over the porches to prevent wooden floor from rain and snow damage. The rest is ok😊

I would add an enclosed patio under the side balcony; it looks awkward just attached to the side of the small house. Also, switch the kitchen and living area levels. I don't like the high ceiling.

Bella, carina anche all'esterno! Mi piace la cucina separata dal salotto, mentre invece le fanno sempre unite... Non mi piacciono le intelaiature delle finestre nere e quel lampadario nero, e il bagno senza finestra. Ma se hanno dei bambini dove li mettono a dormire? Manca la cameretta per loro...

A very nice house, but the kitchen on the first floor is impractical because all purchases have to be carried upstairs and waste must be taken downstairs. It's tempting to move one bedroom upstairs and the kitchen downstairs, but then there's no bathroom upstairs.🤔

Je to síce krásne, je to moderný design, ale prídeš domov, otvoriš dvere a ani sa nerozhliadneš a máš koniec. Sama zijem v miniatúre kôli peniazom. Ani zacvičiť, ani sa naháňať s vnúčatami. Je mi z toho smutno. Ale buď iš. Komu sa to páči k byvaniu, a nepotrebuje priestor pre vlastné ja, tomu nech sa vrele darí.

Who makes these incomplete designs? Where to put your coats? Where to put your vacuum cleaner and other cleaning materials? There's a reason the bedroom and bathroom are usually upstairs. It's because you eat and drink a lot more, than that you go to bed. Now you have to keep taking the stairs for every snack and drink. Looking nice is Really not enough. This isn't thought out well. Just because someone has nice software, doesn't make him good at designing.
