Yes it is I recall I spent a day there once way back in 1982 with my korean ex-lover, she gave me a small town tour on a bus and she took me out to an excellent restaurant 👍it was a fantastic day with her fun and sad saying our goodbyes; a beautiful woman and a beautiful city.
