People need to always get receipts with the names of both with addreses/phone numbers clearly identifying the person renting you the suite. Check social media but really one needs to see their photo ID and write down the number of that ID. Fortunately this kind of scam is very rare in Winnipeg. It helps if you rent from a Canadian, not an Indian. There are so many Indian people that have dishonest or misleading business characteristics. I see it all the time. They'll advertise a 2 br house for $1000 and in reality it's just a 2 br apartment in a house. Same with rooms or apartments. Instead of saying its a room in an apartment they just say its an apartment. They know perfectly well what they're doing. So often they're Indian. Another way they mislead is say they're renting a room when in reality they're renting a bed in a room you share with one or more people. So you know you can't trust them. If they mislead you at first you know it's going to happen again and again. Some people just don't respect the truth.

I am telling you that i have taken a diploma of business administration and i have 2 study for 2 years 1 year i have to study in ICM and 2nd year i will be shifted to university of manitoba as i am studying for only 1 year in university am i eligible for work permit of 3 years or i will only get work permit of 1 year ??
