When visited galito’s I really liked their espeda and chicken but I didn’t like their rice at all tho I can’t say if it was stale or not , chicken taco was okayish too. Stuff members were decent. This is the main problem in restaurants of Dhaka that they can’t keep the consistency at all

Make a review on food panda/ pathao food orders in Bashundhara. They never takes any complaints or refund if any error happens with their delivered foods. Even they removes your order history whenever you find something wrong and complain about the foods. Even with the quantity.

The rice going stale could possibly be a 1 time thing; even nafis bhaiya said that the rice wasn’t like that ( 8:31 ) when he visited the place 1 week before. No doubt on the fact that this manager should be fired & another new one should be appointed. Also, some changes in the cookin area & doing some proper quality control work, they can massively improve. Also a lot of people are complaining about the place being too small & congested, that part was missed out & not talked about on the video; and also the service being too slow, I believe better trained waiters could be kept too. Overall, galitos has great potential given the fact that nandos was so famous so it’s a shame if they can’t provide good quality food & the service to the consumers.
