Hey, I'm Hindu. But I can understand your concern for your sister. There are many fake gurus out there and its tough now a days to actually find someone with true scriptural knowledge. I'm not a follower of Sri Amma Bhagavan, but from what I've heard from well known spiritual practitioners they are legit. Basically they teach Advita, that there is divine consciousness behind material reality and that we are just a drop that separated from it. Meaning that our consciousness is the same as everyone else's, its just that each individual birth makes us think we are different from one another. They basically teach you how to tap your consciousness back with divine consciousness to escape the cycle of birth and death. Basically merge back with God. After watching the video above, I also wanted to comment some bad things about Christians, but once I read your comment, I automatically put myself in your shoes. It made me compassionate to your worry.
