Anne Steiskal suffers from claustrophobia, narrow and closed rooms strangle her breath. She gets involved in confrontation therapy with the psychotherapist Shital Balser.
Among other things, Anne has to walk through a narrow submarine, go into a mine 860 meters underground and squeeze into an MRI tube. Confronted with her worst fears, Anne is pushed to her limits. Many tears flow, the tasks seem insurmountable. Nevertheless, Anne gets to the bottom of her fears with the therapist. And learns that you can conquer your fears if you face them.
