Thnx Mark for sharing this video, I have enrolled in the Portfolio Construction & Management module in the Applied series. I am hooked! will enroll in other two modules very soon. plus i am going to take CFA L1 Feb 25. any advise to incorporate the knowledge in CFA with the applied series?

@fsabbagh I did answer that in one of the Q&A videos. I agree with preferreds - dividend and not interest, so better tax treatment. Most preferreds are issued by banks or utility companies - so good backing.
