I'm a City fan and this guy seems like a good honest manager. Taylor was always gonna wanna move to us because he will be paid more and we are in a higher division even if we are involved in a dog fight to survive. I'm sure you lot will move on from this and still be competitive at that level. Good luck for the rest of the season.

Well said Darrell. Taylor had played for other clubs before he came to us and I'm sure he'll play for other clubs after City, he's that sort of player, and there's nothing wrong with that. Players aren't fans, they're people making a living. And remember that his goals got us out of the last two divisions, so let's be grateful we had him when we did - and move on. Also remember that a lot of players who leave us for 'bigger' clubs often find it doesn't quite work out as they hoped.

Darrel Clarke really does make me feel better, he always does - We need to realise how luck we are to have DC, and you know..? He knew Taylor was going to go with his itchy fee, and already prepared for that... We are lucky we have someone who is passionate as a manager, thinks forward and above all cares for the club. Taylor will probably and hopefully regret his decision to go to a team in a relegation battle...but hey, we're not. We are a club on the up, and Taylor is no longer our concern. Thanks Taylor, but I'd just like to say his decision making and quick quid ethics are to be...maybe re-thought. Up the Gas... we have more potential than we realise, and we are a real club as opposed to a franchise.

In Darrell we trust!!! .... Matty was quality for us, but we move on. I hope Luke James gets a good run in the side and does the Biz. Never really seen him play, but, if James can attack a cross he should be banging 2 or 3 goals a game with the amount of crosses we sling in the box. Week in week out, cross after cross goes in the box and we don't even work the keeper. If Luke James bangs 25 goals next season, very probably, we kiss him goodbye and we move on again. UTG!!!!

Darrell was as always positive and has taken the sting out of a difficult situation. His comment of why only City came in for Taylor was telling. Let's face it stranger things have happened in football and if the Gods favour us we could be playing City next season or hopefully even replace them in the championship.😂
