Melchester goes BR Blue/Grey in this extended running session, and tragedy strikes as Marrowlea Cottage burns to the ground during filming!

Great layout and great use of the effects! I really wanted a siren and fire engine to be racing to that house though!! Great job!

All very nice indeed. I loved the BR blue and grey era. You've captured it really well. A lovely shot at 4:29 of the Class 101 through the factory. The Hornby 101 looking and sounding good. All the best. Vivian.

Thanks Vivian. It's always a challenge to find some unusual shots. I fitted the 101 with a sound chip from Howes of Oxford, it's a great DMU sound.

Very nice layout . Really enjoying watching . . Going through my blue grey period as well at the moment .i see the barbecue got out of control. Love the collector shoe arcing

Thanks very much. I like to occasionally run BR blue as it's a time I actually remember, as opposed to the 1950's, which is what I usually run. Yes, there was a slight mishap at Morrowlea Cottage!
