I started a Mobile Detailing business while in high school to make side money. Over time my passion grew, and so did my business skills. Today I own the largest detailing company in my town, all while taking college classes online. My thesis, simple businesses have the power to create life changing wealth, when done right. And I can prove it.

I have a few cars on Turo and rinseless wash is the way to go. Quicker, cheaper and safer than drive thru car washes .

Phenomenal video. What kind of drying towel are you using?
@HudsonArcher_Details
@HudsonArcher_Details 9 ай бұрын
Thanks a bunch! I use a towel that’s actually made by another detailer friend of mine in the area for his business. He lets me buy them but he doesn’t have a big supply to sell. DIY Detail makes a drying towel that’s fantastic as well, I have a few of theirs and they are just as absorbent as the ones I use, I just like supporting a friend.

Amazing video!!🔥 Do you use all clean on dirty wheels with a lot of brake dust?? Looking to only use a few products in my business. Ty
@HudsonArcher_Details
@HudsonArcher_Details 8 ай бұрын
Yes! All Clean diluted 15:1 is highly effective on even dirty wheels & rims, you may have to spray more product on and agitate a little harder, but it is the only wheel & tire solution we use now regardless of condition

DIY Detail definitely hit the ground running when they started their company a couple years ago. Nick and Ivan have a really strong product line and it's pretty affordable products that perform exceptionally well for the amount of money invested. For a new detailer just starting a business, you should really take a look at that line of products to get started. Economical and effective products which means more profit for the business. Concentrates are without a doubt the most economical product in a detailers arsenal. If you get a good concentrate that can do multiple things with one product, that's profit for the detailer. But, the products need to perform exceptionally well when diluted or the concentrate isn't worth it. Rinseless washing is by far the new "hottest" word in detailing at this point in time. Just about every company has some sort of rinseless wash or waterless wash product. If they don't, they'll be left in the dust because rinseless is the best way to wash vehicles unless they are hammered from going in the mud or something. Then you need the bucket. But for the most part, rinseless washing is an incredible way to wash your vehicle. Then simply use your damp rinseless wash microfiber cloth to wipe down the entire INSIDE of your vehicle in just a couple of minutes and it turns out perfectly. No need to dry it, it dries up perfectly streak free! And it only takes me about 30 to 45 minutes to do both the inside and outside of my vehicle, including a quick maintenance vacuum. This leaves me a lot more time to do other things but it also makes me feel satisfied I got my vehicle washed. DIY Detail Rinseless Wash has quickly become many detailers favorite rinseless wash due to it's incredible cleaning ability but also the fact it is a safe product to use both on the exterior AND interior of the vehicle. It has quickly fought it's way straight to the top of the market of the most popular rinseless washes out there today. Optimum No Rinse (ONR) is still my favorite rinseless wash product of all time and it is still my "go to" when rinseless washing. But when I want some POWER in rinseless washing, I go for Feynlab Rinseless. By far the most powerful rinseless wash product on the market but it's tricky to work with. ONR works perfectly each time, every time. I have the newest version of ONR (V.5) and it seems they may have added a bit more lubricity to the formula as the concentrate feels and appears thicker than it used to be, also much bluer in color, and the scent seems stronger too. It will always be the granddaddy of all rinseless washes. It was the first one and Dr. Ghodoussi knows what he is doing it seems as he has revised and enhanced the formula five different times and it seems the product gets better and better with age and upgrades.

How many customers did you have in your first month. I don’t have a super nice vehicle like you explained was important in the last video. What is a goal for # of customers in the first month without any online advertising. I can at least do 4 new customers a day but what I’m trying to do is get customers all in a near area so I get to waste less gas and time driving. What is your opinion on this and what can you add on. I have the snow foam but I’m going to stop using it when I’m done with the bottle and use a rinsless wash unless the customer truly wants the foam.

I thought you 100% stopped using snow foam. I saw people who just use rinse less wash no snow foam what do you think of this .
@HudsonArcher_Details

Since posting this video, we actually decided to use rinseless in the foam cannon. it doesn't produce much foam, but the results are amazing. As far as customers are concerned, realistically, shoot for 5-10 customers in your first or second month. I would offer services to friends & family, neighbors, etc. Utilize old school methods, like flyers, cards, door knocking etc. Save up the money you have made from your first few customers and use it to dive into online advertising. Whether it be SEO, paid ads on social media, etc. This was my strategy for growing my business
