You didn't mention how awful the NPC chatter is.. they won't EVER shut-up. Die while fighting and your ally NPC will sometimes say that "you deserved that". Great dialog! I clearly deserved to DIE while trying to save the city and civilians.

12 hits for a tiny monster (4:30ish) but only 5 attacks (1:15ish + 1 strike earlier removing the armor on the foot - 1 strike for removing shoulder pad, 6 if that had to go first) for a titan?

I remember seeing E3 coverage of this a while back. The guy promoting the game avoided mentioning AoT in any capacity and called it a fast paced hack and slasher and all that, popping off about how fun and fluid it was going to be. And then the interviewer said something along the lines of "Attack on Titan but with ogres" and the guy went silent and changed the subject quickly. It's like they thought no one would notice.

I never heard of this game and it has a digital deluxe edition ? I am not surprised.

Jim I don't ask this often of you, Spy Party comes out tomorrow you should show it some love. It needs attention, seeing that steam won't give it for sure.

Completely forgot about this game. Thought it had potential so I’m sad to see it face plant. They wanted so desperately to catch the wave of Attack on Titan fever but didn't spend the time to make something engaging or refined. Hell just the fact that they couldn't come up with more unique monster designs at least as good as the ones in AoT and just used the Google image search results for "Ogre" as their art design ethos says a lot. Just plain laziness.

I played the whole game on live stream, and OMG... Started off really fun, but after a while, I kept getting so frustrated, and a bit ragey... I even had the game completely freeze on me, where I had to force quit the game during one of the 9 minute tower defense missions. Just fuck the characters constantly talking, and the RNG fucking me over on those tower missions. -_-

I like how even though there was no footage of Attack on Titan 1, in the description KZfaq puts up the Attack on Titan 1 game as the game being showcased here. XD

4:10 In the interest of fairness (and it's not like Jim is the only one who does this, pretty much everyone does, and it's understandable why), sometimes games ARE QA tested, but they still come out broken or buggy. Because you could have the absolute best QA team in the world, a team that would give you whole encyclopedias on what needs to be fixed and/or improved, but if the devs themselves don't change anything (because they lack the resources, the time or just plain don't care), then all the QA in the world isn't going to matter one bit. Just thought I'd point that out, it's a minor thing but I think it's worth mentioning.
