*I like that I can "fry" something on a whim! An oil fryer takes so much more time to clean and prepare **MyBest.Kitchen** a chore which usually kept me from frying all together. Also, the lack of needing oil to fry means that my family and I are eating healthier... while still enjoying the crispiness of fried foods.*

This is good for a crispy outside, but it makes the meat inside almost rubbery. If you want crispy inside and out, go with 15 minutes in the air fryer at 385. Afterwards, shake them up and coat with cooking spray. Lastly, put them in at 400 for 10 minutes

I combine ALL dry seasonings in a small bowl, to avoid 1 by 1 seasoning Leaves the bottles clean, then season chicken pieces. makes it easier for me. 1 by 1 is too slow for me...LOL. Thanks for your Amazing Recipe.
