I am back in Bangkok Thailand and on the hunt for the best Thai street food. I am in the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok, near Asok, not a place you would expect to find some cheap Thai street food in Bangkok but ‪@theroamingcook‬ has sorted us out. We start off at a crispy chicken stall for the best crispy chicken in Bangkok. Forget KFC! This is the best crispy chicken in Bangkok, without doubt. So delicious. After that I spot a cookie shop next-door fro some freshly baked cookies, again delicious. Finally we head to the Thai street food market, a university street food market, so you know it is going to be cheap. After a quick watermelon shake, we end up eating some authentic Thai dishes in the street food market, including roti.

Maaate, what an epic return to Bangkok. Ive eaten at that Uni market countless times (there and Ruam Sab are brilliant) but Im now going to hunt down that CHICKEN!!! Better than Pollo Fried?? ....wow, them fighting words!! Cannot wait!!

96 hours!!! That’s impressive! I do intermittent fasting but nothing that serious. It is easier than you think to meet people travelling solo but much of what I do is away from the big cities and tourists, so it’s a lot of time alone. Which had its positives and negatives

best food isn't in the full of tourist Sukhumvit area..its among the worst food served to tourist they never see again..to double or triple prices often. Best food is on the local streets where a dirty or cheating seller gets shut down in 1 day by the locals. Just take the bts or mrt to a smaller random station and u will discover better food

@@hungrytoexplore uhmm..ive been living and working +15 years in Krungthep(Bangkok)..and do speak pretty good thai and live in a local middleclass neighborhood where in the only farang(foreigner) i eat out 7 days a week u know..555

@@hungrytoexplore haven't been over sumkhumwit area in +1 month..to many chinese koreans and western tourists there for my taste..AND high prices scams and bad food =)
