Thank you SO much! One of the easiest, stretchy cast on methods I've tried on KZfaq!!! I developed a rhythm in seconds, and it was quite easy to keep cast-on sts neat and consistent! Your time and effort are very appreciated! Thank you for sharing! :)

This CO has become my go-to start. So much so, that doing it any other way is a struggle and seems wrong. The only time I do another is the Italian 1x1 CO which is great for brioche especially.

Thanks for showing the neat join. I haven't heard of German stretchy cast on - it will be great for hats. I'm left handed so will have to slow down the video somehow and figure it out. Happy knitting.

Could use not only several repeats at a slower pace, but also some clarity about how the yarn is wound around your fingers. I can figure it out with multiple rewinds but please don’t make me work so hard.

I wish you had done several SLOWLY - you did 2 and then zip zip - I had to keep rewinding. I would like a chance to do it slowly and get a flow going!

Mel This is the method I use to cast on. My problem is casting off. I make a circular scarf that slips over the head so it doesn't come off while delivering papers. But the cast off is the problem; it's too tight. Do you have a good tutorial for a loose cast off row. Thanks.

Watch how she goes back through the thumb. I was getting 2 stitches also until I did it the way she shows. Hope this helps.

I seem to be getting two stitches each time. You went a bit fast after the first example. I feel complete uncoordinated. But will persist with it. Once you get going you sure go fast. Learners are slow snails.
