Thank you. I shared this video with my friend Umut. After see this video, he shoked because he though that agar is not a organic compound. And also will send this video to Doruk. He is my other lab friend. He is actually not a microbiologist. But he likes plants. İ have showed it to my Friend Doruk. He prepare medium called r2a everymorning to produce bacteria. He caltuvated, everyday every hours. When he watch this video he told me that "I need to extract some agar from a soap." Firstly I didnt understand what he said. And then I realised that he think soap and algea are same things. Ertan (other friend but we "me, Umut and Doruk" dont share same lab with his.) shoked when he ear Doruk's sentence. Soap is an important for Ottoman empire. How can you confused about it, he said.
