The two queen sacrifices were very different. The latter one was a simple, if spectacular, tactic. It forced an exchange of the queens to simplify the position when he was ahead by two pieces. The first was all class. He sacked his queen (for a rook and knight plus a passed pawn on c6) on move 40 with the tournament on the line! He appears to have no fear, whatever the game situation may be. I'm sure he does feel fear but he never seems to allow that to influence his decisions during his games.

I still think even with any echo or whatever that might be there, it wouldn't hurt to turn on the volume. I always have to turn the volume up for your videos and then back down again. :) Keep making these good videos though. There is something about them!

Which just shows that a Rook and minor piece, or even in this case, two minor pieces, can be worth more than a Queen in the right proportion, especially if the Queen is the only major piece the opponent has. Amazing tactical game!
