Chic loveliness, and I adored every square foot of this home, and the life it was given in the video. I doubt I'd ever leave home to ski, for I'm too busy in the sauna.

So you can ski from the house down to the ski lift that is next to the house, ride the ski lift up the slope, then ski back home without ever getting in your car. Nice!

Beautiful home, but 20,000 sq ft😬 that is a lot to maintain, and the price tag is pretty steep. Been looking for a home that has a nice view of the Jordanelle Reservoir, and this has it and much more. Unfortunately I don't want to invest 25 million in a home. The Deer Vista estate has homes just under 5 million with great views of the river, and 5,000 sq ft is a lot easier to manage. Not to mention I'd rather put 25 mill with JP Morgan. I see this house like I see a super yacht, rent it for a nice vacation, but owning one comes with a lot of hidden expenses.

If you own a 20 million dollar home, you don't care with expenses. Besides, this house is not gonna cost you more than $400k/year, all expenses (and taxes) included.

to own a 20 million dollar mansion you gotta have an 80 million dollar networth at the very least. So, yeah, some movie stars could own it if they wanted to. Many live in much more expensive locations in beverly hills/LA.
