Blake Lively Talks Body Transformation for ‘The Shallows,’ and Her Harry Potter Obsession

Blake Lively sat down with “Extra’s” special correspondent Hilaria Baldwin to talk about her new movie “The Shallows” and how her body was transformed for the role. “It was like being an athlete more than an actor,” she said, adding, “It was incredibly physically demanding.”

No gluten? This is why people with celiac aren't taken seriously. When I'm at a restaurant and ask about gluten free, they look at me like I'm some dumb bitch on a fad diet. FYI if you don't have celiac, gluten doesn't change your body. It's a fad diet because if you eat gluten free you are restricting many types of food, making you ultimately eat less. People with celiac know the alternatives that are = in carbs and calories. The same goes for vegan. Stupid people use it as a diet to restrict foods to lose weight.

Trash Boat actually gluten does change your body. Since wheat has been so genetically modified in the last 20 years. Wheat and Barley, which contain gluten, cause inflammation of the joints and organs. It also causes your body to produce the same chemicals and endorphins as smoking crack or shooting up heroin, causing your body to become addicted to those products. Also, being someone who is Gluten Intolerant, I understand what you're saying. However, just because you as a person who is highly allergic to gluten, aka celiac, doesn't give you the right to say that it's a diet fad. it is not. Cutting out gluten can be very beneficial for many people, especially those with a sensitivity to sugar, or that have insulin resistance.
