Love this knife, this is one of the few extrema ratio knives I wish I would have bought in satin over their blackened version. It’s a great all rounder and it would work decently for camp food prep, which is why I want the satin. Although the black coating does offer slightly more security in the grip considering it doesn’t have a forward guard. I’m thinking of modifying mine and buffing the sides of the blade, which would leave me with black oxidizer in the blood groove and the edges of the tang, I think it would look cool
