I use to read a lot but after my husband passed in 2014 I may have read 2 books. I just read can’t get into it anymore no matter what I do. But this past year.. my kids introduced me to the KZfaq world and showed me that I can search anything and find a video on how to do things. Lol I’m only 40 years old. How did I not discover this before now🤦‍♀️ my point is that… since this KZfaq diy community… me and dollar tree and crafting along with KZfaq of course… we are best friends now lol

I have to admit, I wasn’t feeling the color choice. I’m sitting here- “ I don’t know Kacha, looks a bit too puddy colored to be, but I trust you. Your style choices always knock my socks off.” After you’re done, I had to pick my mouth off the floor. It looked like it would fit right in at a royal residence! It’s stunning as always.😍

Im going with Kacha’s style! I’ve been seeing other KZfaqrs who flips furniture and hands down you’re the most inspiring! I’m looking to start this biz on the side but I don’t like the spray painting like other people do. You even use your fingers to paint! You’re an artist alright!! I’m tired or West Elm style. You always turn old furniture into classy pieces and I like classy!! 😄😁

Your artistic talents never cease to amaze me! It is two a.m. and I can’t stop thinking about the transformation of this beyond-gorgeous buffet. Years ago I used Venetian Plaster (Valspar) to create a raised stencil effect and was happy with the results at the time; however, it is not even close to being in the same league as what you created. Truly breath-taking! Thank you, Kacha, for your courage in trying new products and inventive techniques. You are a beautiful inspiration.

I really like the subtle sheen and color of the metalic paint you used. I think I prefer it to the bright gold...very soft and feminine. I wonder do you ever use silver for a more contemporary touch? Great piece. Someone got a beauty for sure!
