I do laundry everyday so it never builds up. Would send me crazy all that laundry at once. We all do things differently though x

We have always washed our clothes each day unless something keeps us out for the day. We have our wash separated by color and towels are always washed each day. If you keep up with the wash there will be less to put away each day. We all know to open the dryer and get any clothes and fold them. I know it causes stress for my wife. She had baskets of clothes that I carry downstairs before I leave for work. She starts laundry when I leave and has a couple of loads done before she goes to work. There are usually towels in the dryer that need to be folded. A couple of our kids wear uniforms to their jobs that also get washed every time they work. One works in the fish department! His clothes need to be washed asap with baking soda otherwise we would not be able to enter our house without masks! We also have pets that need towels and bedding washed weekly! Our washer and dryer are always running

I only use detergent Gain. All the other stuff my skin and babies skin is sensitive. Fabric softener is very bad for washing machine clothes and towels. The towels do not absorb anything when you use fabric softener. Preference is white distilled vinegar for towels clothes rugs anything really. No it does not smell like vinegar.

I am from the UK I use Ariel pods and fairy condioner, I never use soap powder because a few years ago it blocked my pipes up of the machine, Not the machine I am using now,

Oh my goodness. I never knew that could happen. I believe we have Ariel brand detergent here in the states but I'm not sure if we have the pods. I'll have to look into that.

I had a front load and the pods always melted my clothes together or I had blue stains so I got a top load 2in 1 washer and it wants the pods , I haven’t had a problem with the top loader

Wow really? I feel like mine has been the opposite. My top loader would not dissolve them but my front loader does. That's so weird.

If your daughter wears uniforms don't they need to be washed? Do you have 2 weeks worth of uniforms? We used to have ours washed each day because we only had 2 uniforms per kid. With 5 kids we would never have enough room for all of those clothes! What about towels? How many do you have? Skin infections can happen by using towels over and over again! My wife has always washed each day before and after work because we use fresh towels and change our sheets weekly. There are always clean clothes to be put away in each person's baskets each day. There have been times when it wasn't done because of an outage and then the washer and dryer are running all day to get caught up! We don't have to worry about something being clean because if it was washed it was in your clean basket!

My kids do have 2 weeks worth of uniform clothes to wear (10 pairs each). This is just what works for our family. We also have tons of towels which are washed weekly. I do wash weekly it's just my clothes and the kids clothes are washed on opposite weeks. We all have our preferences, if that's how your family did it, that's awesome! Dryer has iron option or if you get it out the dryer right away it is warm still and it will not wrinkle if you put away while still warm.

@@alexiswhitehurst4702 Ha! Try wearing natural fabrics instead of 99% synthetic, you'll have to iron or go all wrinkled. I love wearing my stiff, ironed clothes in the morning ❤
